• is incorporated by Letters Patent in Ontario as a not-for-profit corporation and Is a registered Canadian charity under the Income Tax Act (Canada).  84679 8650 RR0001
• has minimal overhead expenses (only bank fees, insurance, annual accounting). 95% of funds raised go directly to Life4Kids in Kenya which operates a home outside Nairobi, and which is registered as a charitable children’s institution by the Government of Kenya Registered Certificate # NCCS, CNO, 0161.
• is sponsored by private individuals, service clubs, churches, corporations and community groups.
